Brilliant Noble Fir Christmas Tree

This Brilliant Noble Fir Metal Christmas Tree in Deluxe Black Forest Green was manufactured by the C. Sincere Company, Chicago 28, Illinois and was sold by Christmas Tree Land, 11458 South Halsted Street. It stands 7 feet tall in its base, with a branch for every day of the year. Multi-colored glass ball ornaments are attached to each branch. Since some break each time we put it up, imagine how many were on this tree when it was first purchased pre-1960.

The Tree Stand was manufactured by Spincraft, Inc., Milwaukee 8, Wisconsin, and exclusively distributed by Heirloom Decorations, Inc. Boxes for the tree and stand or on display in our basement. The stand rotates, plays 4 Christmas tunes in Music box-style, and has outlets for strings of 25 C-7 Christmas lights. We choose not to put lights on the tree to preserve the glass ornaments.

Ornaments and candles on display are loaned by Marcy Marzuki of Park Forest, Jane Nicoll of Park Forest, or belong to the Society.

Tree and stand donated by Beverly Hills Junior Woman’s Club, Chicago, Illinois.

Please contact us if you have any information on the C. Sincere Company, or on Christmas Tree Land.
